This canoe expedition is truly a classic. It takes you through the stunning scenery of the Cairngorms National Park all the way to the rolling waves at Spey Bay. This is a great trip for nature lovers. Wildlife sightings include Otter, Deer, Oyster Catchers, Heron and leaping Salmon.
This trip offers everything, from the calm, placid waters of Loch Insch to white water further down stream. It is suitable for all abilities. We'll teach you the skills you'll need, starting on easy water, or improve on skills you already have as you descend the river, and progress to the more exciting white water in the later part of the trip. All you need is lots of energy.
The classic Spey descent is over 5 days and includes food and four nights’ riverside camping fees.
